Think of yourself as the Ultimate Computer – the grandest computer of them all.
Your body is the screen, the programs are your life, and your energy field is the hard drive. If you are anything like your computer at home, you may have 10 – 30 programs on your screen at all times. Your energy field, like your computer’s hard drive, stores every keystroke you’ve ever made. Just like your home computer, the hard drive (or your energy field) is what informs the screen and those programs.

Now imagine, for a moment, that your energy field holds every keystroke of your entire life.  Every event, every encounter, every thought held in your energy field is running your body, and your life, whether you are aware of it or not.

So just like a computer, removing a program from the screen doesn’t actually remove the program. If we truly want to remove a program, we must work with the hard drive.  Your body works the same way!  In order to remove that which no longer serves you, the removal or change must be done to your energy field in order to truly change your body and your life. That’s pretty amazing!

I promote healing by guiding clients toward releasing any unresolved issues, patterns, and/or emotions that may create “disease.” By working directly with my clients, I am able to assist them in balancing and cleansing their light bodies, empowering them to reconnect with their inner wisdom.
