About Tulum

Tulum, Mexico is the perfect setting to slow down and go within. Beautiful white sand, warm water, sun kissing your skin, and the sound of the ocean calling you to go within and listen.


In this retreat, we will dive deep into the hidden terrain of the subconscious, exploring our inner child's wounds and what is needed for your healing journey.


What does "inner child's healing journey" mean? Basically, we all carry around inner wounds from past traumatic events, small or big, usually in childhood. These continue to impact our behavior and thought patterns well into adulthood. Unless we have some profound awareness around those wounds and go into our bumpy and sometimes hidden emotional terrain to heal those wounds and learn to nurture or parent our own inner child, we then re-enact our wounds over and over again.

What needs to be brought to the surface?


In this retreat, we will create a sacred container of love for healing and deep transformations through ancient medicine including: meditation, journeying, storytelling, sweat lodge, fire ceremony, and breath work. 


You will grow in your understanding and awareness of what is needed for your healing journey.
